A renowned and qualified yoga instructor with years of experience in teaching traditional Hatha Flow and Ashtanga Vinyasa Yoga, Radhika is passionate about sharing the true essence of yoga with her students. Being a certified yoga teacher and health & nutrition coach, Radhika demonstrates a deep understanding of mind-body connection which is reflected in her tailored classes. Trimuk yoga classes are very good! I lose my 5kg weight just in one month & getting glowing skin ..through daily yoga practice and diet They gave us a diet plan which helped me alot Through yoga I started to feel so healthy and active throughout day!I was learning through online classes, whenever I do yoga posture wrong my guider could teach me yoga posture correctly right time only! Which help me to do yoga posture correctly... My guider is so friendly with me and understand my situation tooo & I am so happy that I am losing my weight.... From 1 and half year I was suffering a lot but, When I started to doing yoga I am feeling so better now and always in positive mind Thank You so much me for my healthy life... to my guider for helping

Am very content with Trimuk Yoga. Yoga mentor/trainer Radhika is dedicated to make sure you reap the best and most out of every session. There are new things to learn with every session being unique and focus on core health development. There is a flexibility to join online class as well which is a live session and feels as if you are in the same room. Mind you she is strict as well and makes sure there are no shortcuts to those stretches. Would highly recommend Trimuk.

Before starting with Trimuk Yoga a few months back...Back pain, Hip pain, Neck pain used to visit me every other week, could not bend down to pick up anything. Gradually could see a huge difference in the way I felt mentally and physically. Every day I do yoga it is exciting, There is something different each day. The Back pain yoga, Yin yang yoga, Twist n Turn Yoga, Hip opening, Pranayama, Trataka meditation ....just to name a few... Radhika has a fantastic understanding of the human body and she tailors her classes to the problems we all face. Thank you Radhika for changing lives.
