A renowned and qualified yoga teacher (RYT 500) based in Bengaluru (India) with 15+ years of experience in teaching Traditional Yoga forms. She offers virtual and in person classes, conducts tailored yoga classes for all age groups. Passionate about sharing the true essence of yoga, Radhika has a diverse clientele from across India and around the globe. Her mission is to make a significant impact in the yoga industry for the betterment of humanity. As a health educator and motivational speaker, Radhika has helped numerous individuals overcome chronic health issues naturally.

I have been doing yoga with Radhika Mam for the past 8 months, i was introduced to her through one of my friends who did pre natal yoga and continuing post natal yoga with her as well. My friend shared me her smooth and happy pregnancy experience and credited to Radhika Mam so I contacted her for my Post natal yoga sessions. By far she is the best yoga teacher i have come across. She is extremely knowldegble on her subject and her approach and encouragement to teaching is par excellance. Yoga so far has given me flexibilty and keeps helping me in my goal toward weight loss journey post pregnancy. Radhika is also a certified Nutritionist. Her Nutrition classes have been really helpful. She can give you a complete meal plan according to your preference and body need. I would highly recommend her to anybody who likes to join yoga and lead a healthy and happy lifestyle

Radhika is an understanding and well educated guru who motivated me in every session. She helped me heal a lot of my traumas through neatly catered stretches. She is not just a yoga instructor, she looks after every student as if they were her own. I have never regretted joining Trimuk Yoga; she is a pure soul who doesn't do anything for money, she gives her all to teaching yoga. Every day, she checks on us and asks how we are doing.
